Can I withdraw from multiple TON Station accounts to one exchange account?
No, you can’t. In this case, only the account that submitted the first request to the exchange will be selected. Tokens from all other accounts will be lost forever. If you made this mistake, read on to the next question!
What do I do if I enter incorrect info in the off-chain deposit request?
If you made a mistake, you can correct it before Dec 20, 11:00 UTC. Detailed instructions on how to fix it can be found in the FAQ section of the Airdrop tab. Recheck now!
⚠️ IMPORTANT! Incorrect data = TOKENS LOST.
If you’re unsure about your information, reset your application and fill it out again.
A guide on where to find the correct data is available on the application page under the exchange header: "Where to find it?" Double-check, don’t risk it! If you need a visual, use this Guide from one of the exchanges.
NOTE: To get the info necessary for request (Deposit Address or Memo), you have to pass KYC on selected exchange.
When will the on-chain withdrawal and DEX trading be available?
On-chain withdrawal and DEX trading will be open AFTER Dec. 23, 11:00, a minimum of 24 hours after TGE, and will be announced additionally.
What to do if I don’t have an account on any of the exchanges?
